All rooms have wi-fi, colour TV with Freeview & DVD, tea / coffee and hair dryer.

A reduction is made for small children.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
There is ample off-road private parking.
Guests are requested not to smoke in the house.
- By special request there is 'smoker's seat' in the porch!
